MAILOUT NAME should be unique for referencing the mailout throughout the system. The name can contain uppercase, lowercase, and numerical characters.

MAILOUT FILENAME should always be lowercase, one word, and unique. It must always start with mailouts/ and must always be followed by .html. For example, the filename can be mailouts/lots_of_words_separated.html

TEMPLATE determines the overall design and layout of your mailout. The pulldown lists the Templates on file in the system. To manage these templates, please refer to the Templates section of this manual.

Once you have filled out each field, click “save” to create the mailout. The system will automatically take you to the mailout-editing interface so that you may edit the mailout you have created.You can now send this mailout through your Newsletter Manager.
